We are more than just a meat shop, we are an abattoir. We have all cuts of meat and our butchers would be happy to custom cut to your specifications.
Fish: We are now carrying Fish products
Turkey products: Full line of Hayter’s turkey products.
Chicken: Local farmer’s co-op in Harriston. In season local, free range, whole chickens.
Pork: Purchased just east of Kincardine. All cuts of pork available, fresh sausage made in house, Apple, garlic, plain, breakfast, honey garlic, mild Italian (GF), hot Italian (GF), Oktoberfest, and maple. Our most popular smoked pork includes hand sliced bacon packaged and ready to go or have us cut the way you like it. Our smoked pork chops are a BBQ favourite! Another popular pork item is to purchase a whole or half pork, have a look at our cutting instructions to get an idea of what you could be filling your freezer with for a fraction of the cost. Our pork is GMO free and raised without antibiotics.
Beef: Purchased from local farmers. Bruce County has an abundance of top notch beef famers that we are fortunate to have as customers. All of our beef is dry aged 21 days for optimum tenderness. We sell all cuts of beef as well as sides, and split sides of beef that in the long run are more economical than purchasing meat by the individual cut/piece.
